Bourbon Barrel style wine

First of all, no instructions came with my kit. I was referred to the company's web site. Their Vague instructions didn't help much. They had me adding the extremely sweet bourbon blend after the clarification process which made the wine extremely sweet which I cannot drink. If professional instruction are given this has the potential of our being a great wine. Horrible if you follow their instructions.

What idiot decided not enclose written instructions in your wine kits ?

I recently bought 2 RJS kits no instructions in either. This bourbon barrel kit has skins and some kind of pancake syrup finishing liquid. It would be nice to have the written instructions at the ready for review. I haven't gone to the RJS website yet. I'm sure it won't be easy to download and print the D*%n things. WTF RJS.

There were no paper instructions like all other wine I have bought. And when I went to the web site to download them, All I could get to print was one out of two pages. I am now waiting on the written instructions from the MFR. at this time. I will tell you in a few months how the wine turns out.
