I've had no trouble so far making kombucha with this starter kit. Everything has gone smoothly, and easily. The kit includes everything I needed for the first batch, plus one more. There is plenty of tea and cheesecloth; the sugar lasted for two gallons, and then I had to buy more. I'm saving a lot of money on kombucha, and I'm hoping to get into flavoring now that I feel confident with the basic process.
This is a perfect starter kit! I ordered it mainly for the beautiful 2 gallon vessel. I have several one gallon containers that I make kombucha in but I wanted to try a continuous batch 2-gallon. Everything you need comes packed well in the box. Thank you.
Haven't tasted it yet. I sure like that I got instructions and everything needed to make it.
Works great and is easy to get started. Definitely suggest using a container like the one that comes in this kit.
