Not my favorite flavor combo but a good kit to get started,

The kit includes enough ingredients to make several batches which is really cool and the instructions are pretty good as well. My only complaint would be that the instructions said to ferment around 7 days. However, my batch showed no signs of life until about the 10-12 day mark and isn't quite done yet almost 20 days in which is way longer than any previous kombucha I've made from a starter scoby. Not sure if the scoby was in hibernation because it was shipped in the cold or what, but customer service was very helpful.
