Delivery contained exact order placed at the time promised. I look to buy these kits in sufficient quantity to get free postage for senior citizens at a retirement community ranging in ages
80-90yrs. It may be a while before there are enough order to pool them so I will watch for specials you may have once there brewers I help have made their selections. Thanks for the good service and varieties available. D B Moore, Frasier Meadows Retirement Community Brewmaster.
It's good! Not quite right but I believe it's because I'm brewing in Southern California in my garage. I've been told that at the temperature that I'm brewing at (min 80 deg F) the fermentation is perhaps too fast, and I need to find a way to cool the kegs after siphoning. As a result I'll be putting in another order and perhaps brewing in December when (hopefully) the temperature will be well below the 85 deg F that it is today.
Very nice flavor.. not so bitter like coopers.. A hint of sweetness..
a very easy no-brainer process and nice beer. since I make mostly meads I substituted honey for the required sugar. It seemed to work just fine.
I brew Stout, Brown Ale and IPA Bitter at the same time to offer a variety to guests. At this point, most like them all, but it seems they like IPA the best.
