Formerly known as HBC 438, Sabro™ was released by the Hop Breeding Company in 2018. It is the result of a unique cross-pollination of a female neomexicanus hop. With a multifaceted bouquet and high level of aromatic oils (particularly myrcene), Sabro™ excels in finishing and dry hop additions providing aromas of fruit and citrus, particularly tangerine, coconut, tropical, and stone fruits with undertones of cedar and mint.

Developed by Yakima Chief Hopunion, Cryo Hops represents the most innovative technology in hop processing. It uses a proprietary cryogenic separation process that preserves all components of each hop fraction, producing two simultaneous co-products, LupuLN2 & Debittered Leaf.
Cryo Hops LupuLN2 is the concentrated lupulin of whole-leaf hops containing resins & aromatic oils. It is designed to provide intense hop flavor and aroma, enabling brewers to dose large quantities of hops without introducing astringent flavors or vegetative cone material. LupuLN2 offers twice the resin content of traditional whole-leaf & hop pellet products, & should be dosed at approximately half the amount by weight.
