Dead Ringer is a nod of the cap to the stalwart IPA of the upper Midwest. This devilishly simple recipe flaunts clean American base malt flavors, muted notes of caramel and then brazenly boasts the classic flavors of Centennial hops. Hell's Heart cascades into the glass with a fiery orange hue while releasing relentless wafts of dominant citrus tones of grapefruit, and then opens up into an abyss of inescapable bitterness and beastly citrus flavor.

High quality kit, easy to make and great beer when done.
The Dead Ringer IPA turned out to be just what I was looking for. I did add a little twist at the end. Buy an extra ounce of hops to double dry hop . It gave it just the extra bite and aroma I wanted.
a real good clone. Very similar to Bells. A good beer kit. I will definitely buy this again.
Turned out great. I ended up just above 8% ABV. Nice taste and very hoppy, but didn't leave that hops buildup taste after a pint or more. My carbonation was spectacular. Would do it again!
Dead Ringer did not disappoint. I had some skunky Grain belt Premium that the liquor store sold at half price. Mixed with Dead Ringer, it made a great reward after baling hay in the hot sun.
