Crisp, refreshing Sauvignon Blanc, infused with the aromatic fruits of the Caribbean Islands—coconut, lime, mango, in a light-but-luscious wine that pairs well with grilled fish but it rich enough to enjoy with nothing but a sunny day and feet dipped into a pool.
Sweet, but not overly; it goes down well and I look forward to enjoying this one. I almost held off on pouring the entire bag of fruit juice at the end just before bottling, but no worry. It is not overly sweet or Kool-Aid, in my opinion.
I would only recommend this wine to someone looking for a dessert wine.

I do like these tropical blends a lot. I bottle one gallon and put the remaining 5 gallons in a Cornelius keg and carbonate it. Makes a delicious summer spritzer over crushed ice. The ladies LOVE IT!
