I made a 6 gallon batch of black current wine using two 96 ounce cans of your concentrate and it was the best wine I have made yet out of over 20 kits I have made so far.
This is my second batch. First batch is just ready to bottle and tastes great. I will bottle and age it for six months but I was happy with it and decided to do another batch right away. The second batch was hard to get started, not sure why. I used some yeast that I have had for awhile and even though I started it before I pitched it in it did not get the ferment started. Added more yeast and still real slow. So I added yeast nutriant and it took off and is now in the 3rd day of rapid ferment. Things look good and I am sure it will be very good wine. I used two cans of fruit base per 6 gallons to make a very tastey wine.
I like to experiment with blends. Sometimes it pays off. Sometimes not. But this tipped the scales from so-so dark red to amazing.
