I'm not the one to give the great expert opinion on wine tasting and all the mixture of flavors. I just know what I like and don't like. I like the taste! ! Making wine from these kits are very easy and I've never experienced any problems. I don't know how many I've used, but each one has been great! My friends and neighbors think I'm a brew master. Hahaha. If they only knew.
