2 months agoSub ParImmediately after arriving, I placed my yeast in the fridge as instructed by the package. I followed all instructions on activation, but unfortunately this yeast didn’t have much activity. I’m not sure how well it’s goong to perform during fermentation. The first week seemed slow. 10 months agoThe best yeast for meadThis is the first time I have used this yeast and it is great so far. The first taste of a raspberry mead is fantastic while racking after 3 weeks. The worst thing is waiting a year to try the finished mead. Using this liquid yeast is head a shoulders above the dry yeast I have tried in the past batches.January 10, 2017Purchased
