4.2 / 5.05 ReviewsDoesn't work!Bought 2 of these thinking the first one was defective, but that wasn't the case, both don't work. They cannot hold a syphon.May 23, 2017Response from Midwest SuppliesThanks for the review. Easiest siphon ever. 2-3 pumps and you are flowing. Draws from above the yeast sediment also.February 28, 2016Great siphonBottling from a small mouth bubbler is much easier with this; I was bottling by myself, and used clamp to attach to the bubbler, and was able to fill bottles without having to worry about the siphon intake location.March 17, 2017Purchased
1 year agoWorks great for small batchesFinally, a small siphon for 1-2 gallon test runs. Works great for this purpose as I've had to use a longer one for racking.December 5, 2016Purchased

Browse 2 questions Browse 2 questions and 3 answersWhat's the difference between this siphon and the Fermenter's Favorite Rack Magic Siphon?BEST ANSWER: This is the smaller model, good for working with the one-gallon batches of beer or wine from the one-gallon jugs or from a Little Big Mouth Bubbler. For five-gallon batches, a person would want the "regular" size Rack Magic Siphon, or a 1/2" Auto-Siphon.What type of plastic does this use? Specifically in regards to temperature, can it be placed in 160+F water or soaked in hot pbw/oxyclean?BEST ANSWER: It is PET and has a max operating temp of more like 120 degrees.
