5.0 / 5.04 ReviewsThis is a good IPAThis is good brew, with lots of hops, and tastes great. Good tropical aroma and it's got a kick to it. I gave it 3 weeks in the primary, then kegged it and started drinking it 2 weeks later. No need to age this one._x000D_October 19, 2013gold dust ipaI did this with a friend. WOW! El dorado hops are awesome! I had a melon flavor in my beer. Something like slightly green cantaloupe. ABV will leave you laying face down too. I LOVE IT!May 29, 2013Lots of El Dorado hopsI selected this kit because I'd never heard of El Dorado hops. This kit has plenty of them, and it makes a good beer. It has a tropical fragrance and is strong enough that a full pint is enough for me.December 8, 2013A different tasting IPAThe kit has hops I've never used before and they smell and taste different, so it was pretty interesting making the kit. The taste is sort of like mango or melon, and has a nice bitterness._x000D_I did both a flame out hop stand and a dry hop, and got a nice hoppy aroma and taste. I used the white labs liquid yeast and fermented at 67.March 4, 2014
