Must Try
If you are an IPA fan and have not tried this NZ hop then you must get this. You will be pleasantly surprised. Very drinkable and a great citrus taste. _x000D__x000D_Huge fan of this one!

WOW...5 oz of hops! I was a little nervous...thought it was going to be too bitter. I mashed at 154* to give me a little sweetness in the finished product. Beer was awesome! Friends drank my entire batch in one sitting!

Excellent
This is a very different IPA. The hops have a peppery finish that caught me off guard on the first couple of gulps. You need to get about 3/4's down into the first bottle to understand the taste. Once you get there, your hooked. Be ready for this batch to go, fast.

I was curious how an additional two ounces of Simcoe (whole cone) in the secondary might interact with this?

BEST ANSWER: I'd say go for it! I brewed this kit while ago and it didn't turn out as hoppy as I would have liked. Tasty though!
