Excellent wine kit
I made this wine in October 2016 and I recently opened a bottle for Easter Sunday and the wind came out fantastic. This is a full-bodied wine with lots of flavor of red fruits in the mid-palate and a long dry finish. I was able to get 25 bottles of wine from this kid and I plan on aging at least six bottles for two years. I look forward to see how this wine Will taste as it matures.

Very smooth finish
The wine is an excellent finished wine , I fudged some and left it alone for two and a half weeks befor I removed it from the fermentation stage to the next car boy.

Just bottled today(03/02). Nice flavor and taste. Age will increase it's flavor. A great steak will go good with it. Not real dry but it has an intense taste. Its early. Really like it. Easy to make.

When making this wine, can one leave out the oak?
A shopper on Mar 22, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Yes you can leave out the oak however it does add a better flavor if you leave it in. You can take out the oak after the primary fermentation of two weeks so it won't be too much OK Enter an answer to this question.
