DetailsThis is the lid and sealing ring that you need for our 16.5 gallon plastic fermentor. This setup gives your large volume fermentor a watertight seal. The lid is solid, and does not have an hole drilled for a stopper and airlock.

5.0 / 5.02 ReviewsSeals tight as a tombIts thick and strong and wont tear like the 7.9 gallon lids do. I drilled a hole for the air lock and instead of using the black rubber grommit, I used the red one that Mid West was using last year. Its the perfect solution, and makes this a phenominal deal._x000D_I saved hundreds of dollars in not needing a conical and instead using this. I have 2 16.5ers and 3 lids (a spare just in case).March 1, 2014Good lidGreat quality lid, sturdy and solid. It sealed well with the oring and clamp. It seems a little expensive for both the bucket and lid but they are both good quality products and it was worth it for me to have a good large fermentor. The lid is a little too thick for a regular grommet which makes drilling the hole and getting it to fit a little aquard but i managed to get it to fit with a little work.July 27, 2013
