Nice smokiness, not harsh
This is a much more pleasant and pure smokiness than peat smoked malt gives. I like to use 8-16 ounces for a nice smooth smokiness.

1 pound makes a nice smokey beer, that balances the malt and hops and doesn't take over the beer.
