Got me up and running
I wanted a simple book to help me start out. My idea was after i made one or two cheeses I'd read more in depth. This book was good enough for my needs.

Are you starting out making cheese? This is a good book for you.
It got me up and running in no time, making good cheese. After a few rounds I started getting other books to fill in the details. But this is the perfect starter book.

Intro book to cheese making
Its a small book but actually its a good introduction to cheese making and was just what I was looking for. Its perfect for my level.

Good book for those starting out
I just got a cheese making kit and wanted a book that gave the basics without going into agonizing detail. This is such a book. It's got good coverage of the basics, enough for me to get started. It also has a few recipes for me to try.

Good starter book
I want to start making cheese and was looking for a simple book to start with. Once I make a cheese or two, I'll get something more advanced, similar to how I started beer brewing._x000D_This is a short, to the point book, and it covered all I needed to get started. After another cheese I will get a more advanced book. But for the price, and it's contents, it's a perfect choice for a beginner like me.

Good book on making cheese
Clear presentation, well written, complete. With this book I was able to make some nice hard cheese. I used it along with a cheese making kit I got. It has some additional recipes I will try later on.

Terrific beginners book
The book contains a short introduction into cheese making and gives an idea what is necessary when you start to make your own yogurt and cheese. The instructions are clearly written and easy to understand. This book contains a few recipes and some hints of how to use the self-made cheese products and what better not to do._x000D_I like this book and would recommend it for beginners and more advanced cheese makers._x000D__x000D__x000D_

A good resource if you want to make cheese._x000D_Equipment, Techniques, ingredients, and recipes._x000D_Compact and clear._x000D__x000D_But not so much on Butter and Yogurt.
