4.7 / 5.027 ReviewsI use these to soak my twenty five plus pounds of fruit. These are great to fill with fruit off my trees and out of the freezer from last years crop of goodies. They are durable and do the job of getting the most flavor out of the fruit!March 5, 2019Purchased

over 2 years agogreat bag for fruit wineslove these bags as they fit into the 7 gallon primary fermenters and are big enough to fit over those primary buckets.February 3, 2016Wonderful toolGreat for holding steeping grain that comes in kits. I reuse these several times by boiling the bag in clean water one or two times after I've brewed with it. When I retire the bag, I repurpose it for brewing compost tea. Great value considering how may times it can be reused.July 11, 2013BIABI tried this bag for my first BIAB attempt. It worked really well and was plenty large enough. Unfortunately as I pulled my bag out, it developed about a quarter size tear. Not the end of the world, but was a bit disappointed. I'll likely try it again and be a bit more gentle w/ my paddle.June 22, 20132' x 3' Straining bagI used this straining bag to make one gallon of blueberry wine. It worked great and was easy to clean. It is big enough to probably make a 5 gallon fruit wine. I was surprised how easy it was to clean.June 11, 2013Nice Size for BIABI'm starting BIAB all-grain and this is exactly what I needed. It's a little big for my pot (only a 3 gallon, I tend to do small batches) but I like that when I upgrade to a larger kettle this will still work. Sturdy and holds grain well.May 19, 2013AwesomeOrdered this bag to try and do brew-in-bag . Worked awesome, I have done all the way up to 14 lbs of grain and no tears or breakage of the bag. I know use it as back up filter for my mash tun if I would a have a stuck sparge, I can always move the mash and put this in place and use this as filter(only happened once so far :)) but worked awesome. Definetly worth the price.April 7, 2013massiveThis thing is huge. Larger then you would ever need for five gallon brewing. It is veryhigh quality and feels like it would last forever. Only thing it is missing is a drawstring or Velcro.April 2, 2013Great for Drying Hops! These are great. I use them to collect hops in after picking them. I can hang the whole bag from a window and the hops dry out quick. Seem durable and well made.April 1, 2013
