This yeast flocculated well and cleared the beer quickly, and after just 4 weeks in the bottle it's crisp, dry on the palate and the malt is evident but not overpowering, no fruity esters or diacetyl. (I did rest the beer for 1 week after primary fermentation was complete). Definitely a clean lager yeast, I will be using this again.March 29, 2019Purchased
