4.0 / 5.01 Review1st attempt at making a "cerveza"Made a 1 liter yeast starter, 3 days prior to brew day. Pitched after oxygenating, at 52 degrees. Fermenting container bubbling away after 3 hours. Fermentation complete after 15 days at 45-50 degrees, dropping my O.G. from 1.057 to 1.002.
Two more weeks at 35 degrees then I get to sample my work.
