We strongly recommend ordering dry yeast in the summer months. We do include complimentary ice packs with all liquid yeasts. It is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will survive the trip given transit times and particularly hot temperatures.

So far so good. Peachish.
So far so good. We just made it thru primary fermentation and are in secondary. We were able to taste a sample and it is good. Fruity. Almost peachish. We’ll see how it settles in a few weeks.

Good yeast, but it costs a little more, and I was wondering why. My guess is that they give you a little more yeast than other producers do, which helps insure a good fermentation.

Will yeast survives at 85 degree temp?
A shopper on Jul 1, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Celsius? No. They will not survive.
Fahrenheit? They'll live. It's not an ideal pitching temp -- it might delay fermentation by a bit or produce some funky off flavors. But they'll live.
