One step is indeed a powder. One Step is listed in the category of sanitizers, be the label says it is a cleanser. Which is it? Sorry for the newbie questions. It's great and simple and easy when equipment is very clean, like new, but most will graduate to more effective, yet confusing, agents for sanitizing. How large is the containerBEST ANSWER: 8 ozDo I need to let this dry completely before adding my brew?
