This is a great and easy cleanser. I soak all of my equipment it it before I sanitize. No infections to this date! a must have in my book.

great product
I have always used this stuff. I do rinse just to be safe. But I could not ask for a better cleaner.

One Step is the right step!
There's a lot of cleansers and sanitizers out there, but honestly, I'm simple and I like to keep things simple including, but not limited to my brewing, which includes using a simple product that is safe, reliable and easy to use. One Tbsp to a gallon of warm water and that's it. One jar lasts a loooong time. A lot of folks will reuse too, which saves money, but I'm a little causious and don't want to be penny-wise and pound-foolish tyring to save a few cents and end of sacrificing a batch of brew is not my style. My recommendation is keep it clean and you'll be a brewin' machine. Cheers!!

Product works just as descibed.
This is an excellent product and a must for home brewers. It makes sanitizing your equipment a breeze. Mixes up easily and goes a long way. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone.

Must Buy
This is a great buy for the value...go bigger even. This stuff is cheap and easy to use. 4 gallons is plenty to sanitize all your equipment each brew day. It's easy and I love the no rinse feature!

Easy to use and it works well
I've been using One Step for a few years as a sanitizer and its worked out well for me. No foam either, and the big container lasts a very long time.

BEST ANSWER: Yes I do it is good I like that one the best
Is this a powder?

BEST ANSWER: Harry,

One step is indeed a powder.
One Step is listed in the category of sanitizers, be the label says it is a cleanser. Which is it? Sorry for the newbie questions. (I did try checking the forum)
Harry D on Jan 28, 2016
BEST ANSWER: One step is an oxygen based cleaner. It does have sanitizing properties. It must be made fresh every time and needs about 2 minutes contact time to effectively sanitize. It's great and simple and easy when equipment is very clean, like new, but most will graduate to more effective, yet confusing, agents for sanitizing.
How large is the container

BEST ANSWER: 8 oz
