5.0 / 5.01 Reviewgreat profilei used this in a Belgian blonde batch. it just went into secondary and it smells and tastes excellent. the balance is perfect at this point with hops, banana, clove (in the nose and taste). i split the batch and the other yeast created a bubblegum taste. primary was at 62 degrees for 4 days. OG was 1.065 and after 4 days it's 1.016. used 96% belgian pils and the balance was Acid malt. Hops is Perle, Mt Hood and Citra. only wish i had more of this than the other part of the batch.December 1, 2011
