This kit turned out nicely. I racked it at the 6 week mark and left it for another few weeks before bottling a few days ago. Tasted great at bottling.

So far, so good

I am in the clarifying stage, so I can't comment yet about the taste, although it looks like a good quality kit. I note that the kit stated that it was "Australian style Shiraz". I take it that the grapes may not be from Australia. This should be made clear on the website. This is why I'm giving it 4 stars.
