A fresh wine best consumed in its youth. Cherries and plums fill the nose while sweet cherry follows through to the palate, where it lingers gracefully.
This kit wine was just as easy as any other I've tried. The only real difference that I can see is this kit has 3 steps, as the others I've tried have 4. I've not bottled yet, but after resting in the carboy for a little over 30 days, I did a taste test. My wife and I both think it's better than any other kit Beaujolais's we tried. I get the feeling it will only get better after a few months of aging.

Great Wine
This wine turned out great. A dry red wine that taste great. Easy to make. We have made other Bergamais and this one rivals them.
