Blood Orange has a distinct, sweet flavor with a hint of raspberry. The blood orange pulp adds a nice texture that compliments the bright flavors. The product contains no preservatives and no additives
One can per five gallons will give you a slight blood orange flavor, and adding two cans per five gallons will give you a more pronounced flavor. This works great with beer, wine or mead, and there is no need to boil before adding.
The purees contain no seeds and have been commercially sterilized. Because the seeds have been removed, purees are slightly more concentrated than whole fruit.

Blood Orange Puree - Vintner's Harvest
I added the blood orange puree to the secondary fermentation of the Moscato kit. My family enjoyed it but I wasn't too thrilled about it. It was drinkable. Maybe next time I'll add it at the clearing stage.
Turned out well! Only used one can for my 5 gal Ipa.
Worked very well to this point. Beer is almost ready, only tasted samples so far.
