Great first cheese recipe; good cheese

I received this kit as part of the Deluxe Creamery in a Box set as a Christmas present. My husband and I have used the cottage cheese kit twice now (comes with enough ingredients to make 5 batches of cheese). Although the heating and cooking stages are incredibly precise and we have not quite mastered that precision, the cheese turned out very well both times. We made them a bit more dry and not as creamy as store-bought cottage cheese but I like this version - the curds are chunkier and more flavorful. Excellent by itself or with some fruit._x000D__x000D_I can't wait to try making other varieties of cheese!
