Works well for a light all grain but if it's a heavy grain, hot batch it will bend and not hold up well turning the mash.

Used as a replacement for a metal spoon to stir wort. Didnt want to scratch up my kettle. I noticed slight warping at higher temps, which is maybe asking it to do more than what it is intended for. Overall, a good product for the price.
