Extremely spicy in flavour and aroma, this wine will tantalize any palate. Well aged, it becomes truly distinctive.

Great tasting, easy to make
Not a bad wine at all, it's just nothing special. Maybe I was just expecting more out of a gewurtzraminer, and what I got was an unimpressive standard white.
Simply the best. Kiwi grapefruit kinda sorta with the smell of roses
Came out a bit dry and sharp for my taste as I normally prefer sweet reds. Perhaps age will help. I bottled 1/2 the run then flavored the other half with a 10-1 cherry brandy that took the sharpness out. A nice wine to cleanse the palate or finish the evening off with. Note: active fermentation lasted for a week and alcohol % is up there. No additional sugars were required but I chose to hit it with yeast nutrient 3 days in. If you have an overly sweet wine I believe this would also be good for blending downward.
Very good flavor profile. Aromas and flavors were good at all stages of production. This batch was finished dry with 1 gallon set aside to convert to semi-sweet. I am very happy with the ease of use and end product quality.
