The Gold Extract comes in a very handy jug which is easy to use. I am making a lager with it using the Gold, a small amount of wheat DME, Tettnanger and Saaz hops. The yeast is Bohemian 2124. Primary and secondary temps averaged 46 degrees. Just bottled it and the beer was clear and very drinkable. It will be an excellent batch...…. I ordered more jugs of gold as a result.
Added additional body to the innkeepers kit. I would have used maris otter but you were out of stock. I will use Maris next time to compare. Hope it’s in stock.
