We use this in our kitchen, because our water supply can’t process standard sanitizers and I hate the smell of bleach. It works great!
Just don’t put literal silverware in it- the reaction turns it purple, and you’ll have to polish them again. ;)

I don’t know of any product that is better, so I use Star Sanitizer all the time. However, I don’t like the suds on my equipment, and I often will rinse it off after sanitizing.

The cleaner is good however it will stain certain plastics so beware. It is the iodine that stains. It could be that I used to much.I myself prefer the regular star sanitizer. Minus 1 star for the staining.
