Briess Caramel Malt 40L
The items above are but a few of my orders. The beer I brew is a mix of grain and dme. Brewed along a steam beer or lager line. It’s strong and just the way we like it. The consistency of the products I buy from, Midwest Supply keep my beer great time after time. It’s great to the bottom of the barrel.
I wanted a bit more mouthfeel, but diddling around with the brewing software I saw that my color was going to go outside the BJCP guidelines for the style. Yes: I'm That Guy. Tweaking the color a bit and using the 40, I can still manage to stay inside the lines......
