I like to use it in my guiness clone. Very good flavor and color.
I like to add an extra pound or 2 of this to every extract stout I brew. It gives it a nice almost coffee like flavor and gives you a kick in the AVB.
This stuff is good to have around it adds color, flavor, aroma to your brew. Keep open package away from vapors/moisture. It can be resealed with a foodsaver type heat seal if you clean inside edge with a clean (dry) paper towel. I use this to bulk up my extract recipes gives them more gravity per pound than LME does. Handle with care it is not fun to clean up, sticky and fine like powdered sugar.
