The all natural mango fruit puree adds an intense and characteristic aroma and flavor of fresh mango in beer and mead. Only ripe, healthy, and non-GMO mangoes are used to make this puree.
The puree is a completely natural product; undiluted, unconcentrated, and preservative-free. Contains no seeds and has been commercially sterilized.
The puree can be added directly to the primary or secondary fermenter - do not boil.

Most commercial breweries use 1-3 pounds of fruit puree per gallon of beer. Eleven pounds of puree is a great size for 5 gallon batches.
When making a Melomel use between 1.25 and 2.2 pounds of fruit puree per gallon depending on the flavor and aroma profile you desire.
When adding fruit puree to beer or mead, please take into consideration that the puree was a volume between 1 to 1.4 gallons. This will affect your final volume.
This fruit puree can be used to make between 7 and 10 gallons of fruit wine.
