Product Details

If you are into Guinness, Boddington's, or Murphy's style beers then this is the kegging system for you. This system has the fittings to work with a ball lock keg. The combination of nitrogen and a stout tap help produce a thick, creamy head on a beer. The Nitrogen Draft System with Brass Stout Faucet Includes:
  • 20 cu. ft. Reconditioned Nitrogen tank (federal law requires that we ship these empty), which can be filled at most local welding shops
  • A dual gauge nitrogen regulator that tells you how much pressure you have on the keg as well as how much nitrogen you have left in the nitrogen tank
  • A 4 5/8" shank with Brass Stout Faucet
  • And all necessary hoses and fittings. Note: Ball Lock Keg is not included. Proposition 65 Warning for California Consumers: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and/or birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Pretty good deal!

Brass plated tap works great, I mounted it to the front of a kegerator for that creamy goodness. The regulator did come a bit janked; whoever assembled it basically stripped the outflow connection so it pulled the teflon tape up (why is there teflon tape on this? not needed) and caused a leak that isnt fixable. Great customer service though - they sent me a replacement right away.

If you're on the fence about a nitro setup, do it on the next 10-20% off coupon. The bottle alone is about 160 where i live (Utah).

This is nice stuff, and the only set I could find with the “real” stout tap, made of brass. Rounds out my Keezer nicely!

Why don't you have one yet?

If you are waiting to take the plunge, you are missing out. Everything in this kit is of top quality. Getting your tank filled can be a pain in the begining, but once you have it filled, it will last a long time. I wish I would have bought one a long time ago.
