The Alexander's Pinot Chardonnay has a nice buttery note with light fruit flavors. This wine is just a tinge on the dry side when finished. This concentrated juice (68 Brix) will make an excellent wine on its own, or blend it with another fruit or Alexander's Concentrate for a truly unique wine. Other ingredients you will need: Campden Tablets, Yeast Nutrient, Bentonite, Wine Yeast, Acid Blend, and Sparkalloid or other clarifier. Use One 46 oz. can for 2.5 gallons.

I will be making wine this week. I have used this concentrate in the past with good results.
I make a 10 gal blend using 2 char, 1 Reid, and 1 sauv blanc. Really good.
The Chardonnay I make with Alexander's Sun Country Concentrates is excellent!
I used 2 cans for 5 gallons and I made a good dry wine. The flavor was ok, but there wasn't much nose. 3 cans for 6 gallons would probably make a stellar wine.
I made a 3 gallon batch with 2 cans, aged it 18 months and all i can say is WOW. you get what you pay for. If you skimp on ingredients and add sugar, doesn't expect a rich luxurious wine. Great flavor and aroma, everyone likes it.
