I think wine came out well. I am going to age it a little. Really good!
Just started in primary fermenter and all is going well. Directions are very easy to follow. 4 days into fermentation and it smells wonderful. Had a little sip and it tasted great!

This is the best wine we have made with the Moscato coming up second.
Fermented in oak lined stainless steel. After 22 days and following all instructions plus added racking off the lees, this is turning out to be an excellent batch. Iâ??m waiting for a 1 gal. Oak barrel to arrive and will rack to it and leave for at least 90 days.ð??·ð???
