Lots more water than other varieties I have tried, did not have a good plum smell, ended up discarding it after a few weeks. Would not buy it again.

I got them in the bucket and poured fermentation capable warriors upon them!!! Now Plum wine is not just for breakfast any more!
Sincerely, this was my first attempt at anything resembling plums (odd since they look like big grapes!), and it is a delightful treat. I Quite encourage and recommend it. Do not offer it to Non epicureans for they will surely over indulge. It is delicious!
The more cans the better, its a good quality base, that makes a good wine if aged.
A quality base with a good but subtle flavor and aroma. One can makes a fabulous 1 gallon wine. I would use at least 2 cans for a 3 gallon wine, or at least supplement 1 can with other bases.
