Favorite Rose Wine Kit
I have made this wine kit four times. I let it age 1-2 years before drinking. It is a very refreshing rose wine. It is fruity, yet not sweet. One to two years of aging lets it mellow out. Very pleasing wine to drink any time, but I love it in the summer. Even over ice!

Very pleasant tasting and eye-attractive Rose
This kit makes a pleasant pinor noir based rose. When I started the primary fermentation the juice looked darker than rose, and I thought that it might end up being a light red. But, by the time I had racked it a couple of times and got to bottling, it was a lovely, bright, rose. As far as taste goes, I wouldn't call it a 100-point superstar, but it's very nice. I'm pleased to share it with friends - though the kit makes it so easy that I'm reluctant to take credit for more than following instructions.
