This Bib Mouth Bubbler siphonless Fermenter is just a bigger cousin of the 5-gallon version. The harness seems designed for a 5-gallon jug, and with the 6 1/2 gallon jug, the center of gravity of a full jug is too high for the suspension points on the sling, and the jug when full wants to turn over sideways. Quite awkward.

I have stop using glass carboys in my brewing wine. They are easy to handle they are much less weight.
If you’ve been brewing for more than seven years and haven’t yet thrown out your frayed bottle brush or you’ve been living under a rock somewhere and don’t have one of these, then you have a harder day of cleaning after racking your beer. With all the benefits of the vat-style fermenters (temp probe & an airlock)...why didn’t they have these decades ago?
Perfect size for adding coconut, fruit, etc.. to a 5 gallon batch with room to spare. Spigot is great for bottling straight fro the secondary.
