I really like the all metal parts. The press dosn't bow or warp. Also I do love that it is easy to clean. Only draw back is I wish it came with it's own drip tray. Other then that I really love this press.
easy to use-hard to estimate PSI for pressing cheese.
Nice looking small press,and easy to store. I have only used it one time, and it worked great for what it is. Fairly sturdy for a first press. I gave this press a 4 star because,the wing nuts that hold the top screw assembly on, is kind of hard to hold on to. Maybe a round tapped ball or cube or cheese wedge that wouldn't roll if dropped would be easier. Other than that great press.
