Large clove and phenolic aroma and flavor, with minimal banana. Refreshing citrus and apricot notes. Crisp, drinkable. Less flocculant than Hefeweizen Ale, sulfur production is higher.

Great yeast for any style of wheat beer. I used this on a Witbier and the results were better than expected. I will be buying this again for sure.
