I use it when making mead. It fast working yeast with high alcohol tolerance. This batch of mead using 18lbs. Of honey finished out at just ower 16%. Bravo!

More powerful than expected
The yeast came in a different container. I called customer service to confirm it was the same product (really should update the website). This yeast is very fast acting, consumed all available sugar in 5 gallons in less than 2 weeks, and almost wouldn't deactivate. Use sparingly.
