The wine kit included everything and the whole fermentation went very well. It cleared in just five days. The color turned out to be a lovely pink hue with a crisp taste and just a hint of grapefruit at the end. I think it will be a very delicious wine once it ages a bit longer.

After bottling , I let it sit for about a month. Fantastic smooth great tasting wine. Bought another kit , in the process of making this one because the first will
