I just use this yeast in my Black Rye IPA and it turn out fantastic. It brought out a lot of delicious flavors that I enjoyed like chocolatey and some roast flavors and it brought out out the rye that I used in the brew as well. I used 6 ounces of Mosaic Hops for this brew in the late addition and it brought every single flavor from that hop like citrus, piney and floral characters. I recommend this yeast to anybody that's looking for a yeast to show all the wonderful flavors in there brew. Excellent Yeast Strain I will definitely use this yeast over and over for sure.
