- Customer Q&A
Browse 1 question Browse 1 question and 2 answersHow much do you recommend for 15 gal of red wine grapes?BEST ANSWER: I used a single packet of this for approximately 20 gallons of crushed zinfandel grapes at 26.25 degrees brix. Worked great and I was very happy with the results (much better flavor than a Rockpile high alcohol wine yeast I tried on a different batch). Because of concerns with heat exposure during shipping I switched to a dry yeast this year, Scott D254.
