5.0 / 5.03 ReviewsGood stuff, easy to follow instructionsDefinitely would recommend. This will produce a decent quality table/cabinet wine if you follow the instructions. It's not completely dry, or at least mine wasn't after 71 degree F fermentation, nor is it sweet. This was my first attempt at making wine and I didn't follow the instructions exactly, but it still turned out fine, so hopefully yours will, too. I'm looking forward to drinking more after the bottles sit a while!September 30, 2017Grand Cru RieslingI have had good luck with Grand Cru kits . over 2 years agoOh so tasty and oh so easyI've made this twice so far (first batch was my first winemaking experience), and everyone who has tasted it has raved about it. Crisp without being too dry, has a lot of pear and flowers. Great to cook with, great to sip, clean and clear and fabulous!August 10, 2016
