Gather as equals with the brave lords and ladies of your kingdom to revel in homebrewed glory at this Exceptionally Stupendous Bitter. Brewed with traditional Warminster Floor Malted Maris Otter - a malt fit for a King. This special heirloom malt, from Britain's oldest working floor-malting facility, is still made by hand using many of the same methods that were in use 200 years ago and is prized and respected among English brewers for its unmatched complexity and astounding depth of flavor and aroma.

Expect a fellowship of smooth malt sweetness and a clean dry finish fit for a king. Lightly roasted layers of toast, biscuits and nutty graham crackers gather on the palate, bringing flavors reminiscent of a proper medieval feast. Kent and Styrian Goldings impart a smooth bitterness, perfectly rounding out the flavorful table with wonderful floral aromas laced with citrus. Properly enjoyed from a flagon or goblet whilst costumed in full knight regalia.

great bitter
I made this all grain kit as my first attempt at an English Bitter style beer. I hit my starting gravity, but my mash temp was a little low. It still turned out excellent. Very nice beer, with a little malt and a little hops perfectly paired in the taste. Very easy to drink, good session type beer, as it's not too high in abv, and you won't get overloaded with extreme flavors.
