DetailsA harmless trick on your light-lager-loving friends. All the drinkability and refreshing crispness of a summer brew with the fruity, fresh flavor of the fall hop harvest. Soft malt character supports a substantial ABV that resonates in strategic bursts of berry, melon, floral and sweet cantaloupe flavor of Ekuanot and Calypso hops. Nearly champagne-like in its effervescence, Sabotage meddles in the affairs of a classic farmhouse ale, pulling off a suspiciously crowd-pleasing saison-pale-ale hybrid.

4.2 / 5.06 ReviewsPretty much exactly as describedExcellent kit with great instructions, as always. More forward fruit than i expected, complemented nicely with a mild hoppy finish. Great summer or fall brew. Totally enjoying drinking this one.April 9, 2016Excellent summer brewI fermented this one in in true saison style. I started fermentation around 67, but quickly stepped it up each day 3 degrees, until I hit around 85 degrees and left it there for around 2 weeks. There were no fusel alcohols produced and the flavor was tart, lemony, peppery, simply fantastic. I had a Tank 7 Farmhouse ale this past weekend and reminded me of this beer.January 23, 2017Purchased
over 2 years agoSplit personalityA very unique brew. A saison with citrus and floral hops. Tried a bottle yesterday and not sure how else to describe it. Another week or two and I’ll update y’all on what I think of it.August 10, 2018Purchased
1 month agoperfect late summer early fall beerneeded a brew for mid to late August gathering and this is the perfect one. 3 to 4 weeks in the secondary is just right. You get that slight fruity taste to begin and a nice hoppy taste at the end. The domestic lager drinkers will probably even like it.July 6, 2018Purchased

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I'm sorry you had an unpleasant experience with this kit. What kinds of bad flavors are you tasting? If you wanted to give me a little bit more detail I would be happy to help figure out what went wrong.
