Highest attenuating yeast I have ever used

I have used most of the dry yeasts and this is the only one that made me decrease my grain bill because they were all coming in at IPA strengths. I don't mind a strong beer, but Wow, this gave me almost a percentage point higher each time. It is temperature sensitive and likes the temp to be at least 70 degrees. That being said this has become my go to yeast.
