Temperature sensitive
It attenuates well and give a very Belgian flavor, but it does not like colder temperatures. I was fermenting the first batch and the temps were around 70 degrees no issues. Then temps dropped and my fermenting location dropped to 65 and it was barely bubbling. So checked the specs and moved it to a warmer area and that did the trick. I need to get consistent results before I can move my score up to 5 stars. More my issues than the yeast, bit of a learning curve.
